What if someone handed you an sealed envelope having precise Directions that you will have to take, precise Decisions that you will have to make, and the precise Destinyyour life is purposed for?

Many people today losely associate their future with a ‘what will be will be’, ‘i’ll be lucky if something good happens’, ‘that’s what my sign predicts!’, ‘nothing good will come’ or a ‘I am resigned to anything that happens’ attitude…

BUT In 1 Cortinthians 2, The Word of God talks about 5 ‘simple’ Keys to Unlocking your Destiny and receiving all that God has prepared and made ready for you… a blessed Future uniquely designed for you… Are you willing and ready to open the seal with these 5 ‘not too hard’ keys today?

# # #  Reverence & Affectionate Obedience to God

Eye has not seen and ear has not heard and has not entered into the heart of man, all that God has prepared and made ready for those who love Him and who hold Him in affectionate reverence, promptly obeying Him and gratefully recognizing the benefits He has bestowed.

# # #  Receive & Acknowledge the Holy Spirit’s indwelling in us!

Yet to us God has unveiled and revealed them by and through His Spirit, for the Holy Spirit searches diligently, exploring and examining everything, even sounding the profound and bottomless things of God and the divine counsels and things hidden and beyond man’s scrutiny

# # #  Realize & Allow the Holy Spirit’s working in us !

Now we have not received the spirit that belongs to the world, but the Holy Spirit Who is from God, given to us that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly bestowed on us by God

# # #  Recognize & Accept the Holy Spirit’s guidance (having a ‘Teachable’ Spirit)

And we are setting these truths forth in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Holy Spirit, combining and interpreting spiritual truths with spiritual language to those who possess the Holy Spirit.

But the natural, nonspiritual man does not accept or welcome or admit into his heart the gifts and teachings and revelations of the Spirit of God, for they are folly and meaningless nonsense to him; and he is incapable of knowing them, of progressively recognizing, understanding, and becoming better acquainted with them – - because these truths need to be spiritually discerned and estimated and appreciated.

# # #  Reflect & Act out the Mind of Christ

For who has known or understood the mind, the counsels and purposes of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? – - – But we have the mind of Christ and do hold the thoughts, feelings and purposes of His heart. – - –  In our daily walk, are we thinking the way Christ would think, are we talking the way Christ would talk, are we doing what Christ would do?

Source: 1 Cortinthians 2:9-16

What if a car dealership offered this unconditional offer at a place near where you live ? How would you respond?

(a) Would you not sign up thinking you are not worthy?

(b) Would you not sign up thinking you have not done enough in life to qualify for the offer?

(c) Would you dismiss the offer saying ‘I’d rather pay for it myself so I can boast I bought it with my own earned money’

(d) OR would you quickly sign-up and also email your friends so they know about the offer too?

Now, what if a very similar unconditional offer was offered to you for an ETERNAL and an ABUNDANT LIFE - – a ‘prosper as your soul prospers’ life – - a ‘having all-sufficiency in all things’ life – - a ‘you shall lend and not borrow’ life – - a ‘you shall be a head and not a tail’ life – - a ‘more than a conqueror’ life – - a ‘bless the work of your hands’ life – - a ‘you shall be a blessing to many nations’ life – - a ‘you shall inherit the land that your foot treads upon’ life – - a ‘thou shall have dominion over sin, sickness and death’ life – - an ‘all things are possible when I believe’ life – - a ‘by Faith so it may be thru Grace’ life – - a ‘not I, but Christ lives in me’ life – - a ‘I am the righteousness of God in Christ’ life – - a ‘my God shall supply ALLyour needs according to the measure of His Riches’ life – - a ‘He gives me ALLthings richly to enjoy’ life !!

????? hOW wOULD yOU rESPOND ????? – - with (a) / (b) / (c) or (d) above

Yes, the ‘Radical Grace’ of God that freely gives that ABUNDANT LIFE which flows out as rivers of living waters is radical – extreme – unthinkable – indescribable – free – makes you want to say ‘why would someone offer this’ – - ‘too good to be true’ but in reality it is exactly what it is; and so contradictory to what religious correctness, and religious traditions would have you believe towards disqualifying and demeaning yourself to settle for status-quo in your life !!

So would you ‘simply’ say YES and Sign up for the Abundant life today?

Patience and Perception are the ’2 Spiritual Guns’ of Faith that help us defeat Haste and Indifference- two things that so often prevent us from inheriting the wonderful promises of God; promises which are guaranteed to be Yea and Amen to us!

You are ‘always’ a WINNER when your Faith is backed up with Patience and Perception

PATIENCE - reflects the nature & degree of hope & expectation in our spirit man

PERCEPTION – reflects the nature & degree of conviction of our soul (i.e our mind, will and emotions) on the things that we set our mind on.

Now Faith is the assurance, the confirmation, and the title deed of the things we hope for, being the proof of things we do not see and the conviction of their reality | Faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses. (Hebrews 11:1)

#1  Faith is the substance of things hoped for and expected of – Hope is always associated with Patience; Hope is always associated with a time window whether a day, a week, a month or a year.. So Hope and Patience always go hand -in-hand | Are we ready to enjoy His Presence while we patiently wait for the Promises to come true OR do we let our haste get the better of us and settle for alternatives/less-than-best?

#2  Faith is also the evidence of things not seen – - on areas not revealed to our common senses: sight, smell, hearing, touching… So Evidence and Perception also always go hand-in-hand | Do we perceive our dreams in the unseen realm OR do we let our indifference keep us focussed on impossibility and fear?

*** your food for thought today…

+ + + + + + +

Romans 8:25 – But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Ephesians 1:18 – By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints

Hebrews 6:12 – That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

James 1:3 – Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.

James 1:4 – But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

Got Vision?

Every born-again believer is given a very specific and unique Vision that reveals the redemptive plan and the greater purpose specifically and uniquely planned by God. Today, are you holding on to the Vision that God had given you or have you let it slip away from your focus.

+ Joseph held on to the Vision (dream) that God gave Him; through trials, dissappointments, apparent loneliness and mis-treatment before His Vision was fulfilled

+ Abraham held on to the Vision that God gave Him of being the Father of many nations; through a long period of years before Isaac was born and the Vision took its fulfillment

+ Moses held on to the Vision of the Burning Bush and the promise through the dialogues and the hard-heartedness of Pharoah before Israel was delivered out of Egypt

Your own Vision is for an appointed time, and it is very important that you wait earnestly for its fulfillment…

Here are some of the Vision-helpers that will build Hope and Patience as you inherit the promise; also some Vision-blockers that will cause us to lose the focus on our Vision..

Vision-helpers:

> write the vision that the Lord has given you on the tablet of your heart

> reinforce (engrave and etch) the vision so your focus is clear

> remove things/thoughts that contradict the vision

> restate your vision to your spirit man daily until the appointed time

Vision-blockers:

> Distractions – - make you take short-cuts or deviate from the original vision

> Dissappointments – - make you give up on your vision because of delay or circumstances

> Dilutions  – - make you settle for less than best as promised to you

> Deceptions  – - make you question your vision or your eligibility

 * * * * * * * * * * * *

And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision and engrave it so plainly upon tablets that everyone who passes may be able to read it easily and quickly as he hastens by. For the vision is yet for an appointed time and it hastens to the end fulfillment; it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry, wait earnestly for it, because it will surely come; it will not be behindhand on its appointed day. (Habakkuk 2:2-3)

Where there is no vision, the people perish (Proverbs 29:18)

Though Scientists have studied the root causes over the centuries, HOW lightning initially forms is still a matter of debate…BUT we know from the Word of God that the “Voice of the Lord strikes with bolts of lightning“ (Psalm 29:7)

Shown in the image is the representation of the discharge phenomenon that is seen in the upper layers of the atmospheres preceeding the actual lightning… What do you make of it??

>>>  OUR GOD STILL REIGNS !! – - He is still ‘in charge’ and ‘in control’ (of even things that may concern or bother us today!) – - and when we hearken to His Voice (and listen to what His Word has to say and do it), STRENGTH and PEACE are OURS today… Amen!

>>>  WE CAN STILL HEAR HIS VOICE TODAY !! - - we as His Sheep know His Voice and we also live by His Voice (which is every Word that proceeds from the Mouth of God) – - as you read Psalms 29 below, also interpret His Voice as His Word to us…

The voice of the Lord echoes over the oceans.

The God of glory thunders; the Lord thunders over the mighty sea.

The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is majestic.

The voice of the Lord splits the mighty cedars; the Lord shatters the cedars of Lebanon.

He makes Lebanon’s mountains skip like a calf; he makes Mount Hermon leap like a young wild ox.

The voice of the Lord strikes with bolts of lightning.

The voice of the Lord makes the barren wilderness quake; the Lord shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.

The voice of the Lord twists mighty oaks and strips the forests bare. In his Temple everyone shouts, “Glory!”

The Lord rules over the floodwaters. The Lord reigns as king forever.

The Lord gives his people strength. The Lord blesses them with peace.

Being uncomprisingly, unyieldingly and consistently upright and in right-standing before God and man is one of the most important trait of the Christian. Though we are made and clothed with the Righteousness of Christ through the NEW Covenant, it is important that we realize this Grace and reflect our living and walk to this right-standing in every decision and choice that we make…

We all must walk in right-standing not only out of the Love of God that manifests His Glory as it is ‘by this shall they know’ that God sent Jesus….BUT also knowing that we inherit the VERY MANY PROMISES that follows a righteous man…

FAITH comes by hearing (and not heard) – not only hearing the word taught by others but also by what you hear yourself speak and how you represent yourself.

FEAR also comes by hearing – hearing negative talk or judgements passed on you by others or sometimes by yourself, and also by the seeds of doubt, unbelief and distractions that are ever so ready to take hold of you…

WHAT HAVE YOUR EARS ‘HEARD’ LATELY? - – - The key to discovering (the A-to-Z of) who you are in Christ is tuning your ears to ONLY LISTEN to encouraging words of FAITH ! and turning off everything else that you hear outside the Word of God !

SO TODAY, as God’s new creation in Christ, and clothed with His Righteousness, remind and proclaim so your ears hear it loud and clear who you are in Christ as:

A & B – His Ambassador, Blood-covenanted with Christ, the Soon-to-be-Bride of Jesus,

C & D – More than a Conqueror and a Carrier of His Divine Anointing and His Divine Power,

E & F – sealed with His Everlasting Love and Employed as His Faithful steward,

G & H – Filled with His Goodness and His Holy Spirit,

I & J – a recipient of His Inheritance as a Joint-Heir with Christ,

K & L – as one of His Kings, His Lover,

M & N – a Member of His Body and a citizen of His Holy Nation,

O & P – an Overcomer, and a royal Priest,

Q & R – a Quarantined body reserved only as Residence for His Spirit,

S & T – a Seed of Abraham, a Truthful and Trustworthy servant,

U & V – an Un-troubled, Un-disturbed Christian who is always Victorious,

W & X – a Worshipper, an (e)X-sinner and

Y & Z – a Youthful (energetic) and Zealous Christian !
